Cyclist Killed By Suspected DUI Driver in Riverside California

David Mendez was killed when he was hit by a suspected drunk driver in Riverside California. The victim was riding on the shoulder on Central avenue when he was struck by the suspect and later died of his injuries. Our condolences go out to the victim's family.
