A San Bernardino County teen was killed in a hit and run accident. The fatal car accident occurred at Arrowhead and Rialto avenues. According to reports coming from the car accident scene the victim was a passenger in a vehicle hit by another vehicle causing the fatal injuries of the victim and serious personal injures to the other occupants in the car. San Bernardino County authorities are investigating the cause of this tragic car accident.
