A 60 year old San Bernardino man was killed while he was working as a landscaper. According to reports coming from the fatal accident scene a steel pipe fell from a passing truck and struck the victim severing his leg. The victim was rushed to Loma Linda University Medical Center where he died of his injuries. The fatal accident occurred at Tippecanoe avenue in San Bernardino.
